As a coach, I adhere two sets of guiding principles- the International Coaching Federation's Core Competencies and the Principles of Six Seconds' Learning Philosophy.
For coaching to be successful, it is important to have a good match between the client, the coach, and the approach. For that reason, we'll begin with a complimentary matching session.
During that meeting, I will further explain my approach and ask you to tell me about your goals.
Should we decide to move forward together, we'll agree on the number and pacing of our meetings. To tackle one challenge and achieve sustained change, you will likely want to plan on at least 3 meetings. More complex issues or work on several areas will require more sessions.
