Strategic Plan Review
To function as the guiding light for your organization, your strategic plan should include not only your mission, vision, values, and goals, but a path to operationalizing those elements through objectives, key performance indicators, and metrics. LG Solutions Group will evaluate your current strategic plan against its detailed inspection rubric to identify any critical gaps and will make recommendations to close them.

Operations Assessment
To operate efficiently and consistently, your organization must have clear documentation of processes and policies. While a young operation may operate on the fly in response to needs as they arise, as it matures, the organization must make the move to consolidated, auth documentation. I will analyze and report on your current documentation, and then create a custom template and outline to capture your processes and policies going forward.

Staffing Analysis
Your nonprofit will function more smoothly, if you have clarity on roles and responsibilities and a means of transparently assessing performance. LG Solutions will review and analyze your role descriptions; assess your staff; and create a map of people-to-responsibilities, indicating areas in which you may have gaps in clarity or fit. In addition, I will provide feedback to improve your current performance review process, if needed.

Bundle: Operations and Staffing
Gain greater value at a reduced cost by bundling an analysis of operations and staffing. My review and analysis will provide assurance that your operations are well-documented and that you have the right people and roles to support them.

Compensation Analysis

Donor Development Plan
It can be easy to get so caught up in chasing donations that it is tough to find time to analyze what is working and what could be improved. I will evaluate your use of your CRM's functionality and make recommendations on how you might optimize it. I will also pull and analyze key reports to guide your outreach strategy.

Hands-on Implementation
The package prices above include analysis, reporting and recommendations. If you would like hands-on help to execute operational change, I will create a custom proposal with an associated rate of $150/hour.
For the purposes of pricing, "small" is defined as organizations with less than $50,000 in annual revenue, while "mid-size" organizations will have revenue between $50,000 and $1M.
