Linda Ganster is a nonprofit business mentor, coach, certified emotional intelligence professional and founder of LG Solutions Group. She helps small- and mid-sized, people-centric nonprofits move their missions forward and guides them towards more effective business practices and enhanced well-being. 

Linda brings 35 years' experience in leadership with several Fortune 500 companies, as well as with local and family-owned businesses, to assisting nonprofits in confronting the unique challenges of balancing their social causes with their environmental and economic realities. Additionally, leveraging her Master's of Science degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, certifications as an EQ Practitioner and Assessor, and experience as a work and life coach, Linda empowers those who serve others to build their Missions Possible.
